“What if your sensitivity isn’t something to overcome, but a finely tuned way of knowing?”

Harmonic Being: An Introspective Journey brings together one man’s story, elemental practices, inherited sensitivity, and witnessed encounters with UAPs and the unexplained.

A path back to your
own nature.

Harmonic Being is Paul's account of perception, ancestry, breath and the living energy within us, with practical ways to find clarity in a noisy world.

“If you have ever felt like a cuckoo in the nest, overwhelmed by the noise of a world operating on a frequency you were never designed for, this book is your permission to trust what you have always known.”

Three lights.
We both saw them.

Paul was a boy standing beside his father on a cold night. Their relationship left much unsaid, but together they watched three silent lights descend in a triangular formation, stop above the countryside, then shoot straight upwards.

“What I saw, I saw. What he saw, he saw.”

Paul still does not know what the lights were. What matters is that his father saw them too. He had spent the war scanning the sky as an RAF rear gunner and knew aircraft; the look on his face made the experience impossible to dismiss. In the book, Paul considers UAPs and older descriptions such as angels or spirits while keeping this shared memory at the centre.

Author · Bodywork and Energy Therapist

Paul Marshall is an author and bodywork therapist. He works with the body’s energy field, known as the biofield. His writing draws on his own experiences, close observation and a longstanding interest in consciousness and sensitivity.

From an early age, Paul experienced heightened perception that he did not yet have the language to understand. A later diagnosis of ADHD offered one layer of clarity; a remarkable DNA discovery offered another. What once felt like difference became context, purpose, and a new way forward.

Today, Paul helps others reconnect with their own internal intelligence through energy alignment, presence, and awareness.

“Painting and writing begin in the same place for me: with close attention to what I see, what I feel, and what stays with me.”

The Angel
of Witness

A historian. Two ancient mirrors. Three moments in time that were never separate.

When a contemporary London historian encounters John Dee’s black mirror in the British Museum, it reveals a connection to Elizabethan England and the Scottish Highlands of 1967. Across centuries, three young friends, two ancient mirrors, and one troubled partnership begin to form a pattern no single life can contain.

The history is real. The mirrors are real. The people who made that history were real. The story between them is still taking shape.

Origin Does Not Own Meaning

Via a lens of origin, it becomes a personal responsibility as an adult to put effort into having a working knowledge of where specific symbolism and laws originated, by who, and for what reasons. We inform ourselves so we can make informed decisions.

The breath that opens a door

I was not frightened. I was curious — unsettled in the way a child is unsettled when something falls outside the categories they’ve been given.

“This feels like an introspective journey rather than simply a book to finish. Paul's personal experiences give it a genuine and intimate quality. I like that the book invites curiosity rather than telling you what you must believe. It feels like a privilege to accompany him on the journey and perhaps discover a little more about myself along the way.”

“I'm not the best at reading self help books. I get bored and feel I'm being treated as a child. But this book changed things for me. It connects in a way no other book has, and the exercises just work when I need them to. It's my go to book. I trust this book.”

“WOW. It’s really wonderful, uplifting, moving. Not only the stories you tell, but also how you tell it and how it connects together. It sort of reminded me of The Alchemist.”
