It was always about whether you listen to yourself and what that inner voice is saying.

We spent so much of life chasing approval, fitting into shapes that were never ours to mould, walking paths paved by other people's expectations. But have you noticed, the more we chase what pleases them, the further we drift from what fulfils us?

The universe gave us a compass, not in our pocket, but in our chest. Our intuition is the conversation of the cosmos through us, yet how often do we trust our fear more than we trust that insistent knowing?

Do not fear walking alone. Do not fear growing alone, because to stand in our own light is to remember our truth. Those who are meant for our journey will find us, as I found you.

Your original technology is still there. It never left you. The nervous system still responds to magnetic fields. The skin still feels shifts in pressure and atmosphere. The fascia still carries information. Your emotional field still picks up what others are holding.

Water, breath and the subconscious mosaic

We begin our journey in water. Held in amniotic fluid, in a state of pure receptive consciousness. A portal. At birth that world is gone and our physical cord is cut.

But. We are born with a unique fingerprint. A map of where we have been, and where we are going. Breath is what replaces both. Understanding this is not optional, it is the foundation of every harmonic and vibrational aspect of the subconscious mosaic we both inherit & make our own.

These practices are not supplementary. They are who “we” are. Collectively. Let’s follow each other in the space we all meet. Our breath.

My book Harmonic Being - An Introspective Journey, explores these principles for highly sensitive people.

The living past

I am a writer and artist, my book Harmonic Being: An Introspective Journey is a reflection of what remains.

Writing is roughly 5,000 years old, first appearing with Sumerian cuneiform around 3200 BCE. Homo sapiens has existed for roughly 300,000 years. That puts the written record at less than 2% of our species’ timeline.

The ancient world did not end. It lives in our body, in the water, in the wind and the earth, there’s a code in our shared breath, in patterns we repeat without knowing their origin. The Sumerians mapped the sky and called it order. The builders of sacred geometry drew shapes still found in cells, in shells, in the spiral of a fern. These were observations, made by people who paid closer attention than we do now.

We have not lost this. We have buried it under modern day.

History is not behind us. It is within us. The task is to recognise it in the present, and use it.
